R.C. Shower Fizzies
- Glass Jar
- Flexible Mould
- 1 Cup Citric Acid
- 1 Cup Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Cup Corn Starch
- 1-2 Tsp grapeseed Oil
- Plant Based Food Coloring

Combine citric acid, baking soda and corn starch. Slowly drizzle a small amount of grapeseed oil (otherwise it might activate the citric acid). Add a natural, plant based coloring.
Smooth into a flexible mould of your choice or plastic globe moulds. Add 1-3 drops of Lavender essential oil per-mould depending on mould size. Let it dry completely.

Lip Balm – Makes 1 Dozen tubes
- 2 Tbsp Shea Butter
- 2 Tbsp Raw Coconut Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Beeswax Pallets (2 Tbsp for stiffer balm)
- 30 drops of Essential Oil (I used Lavender, Peppermint & Grapefruit)
On wax paper, lineup tubes about 3inches apart with caps off on a clear surface. Melt shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax off burner and add essential oil. Blend in well. While still warm and melted, use a pipette to fill lip balm tubes. Let tubes cool completely at room temperature before placing caps on.
