  1. Double Boil all the ingredients except for the essential oils
  2. Once beeswax has melted turn on double boiler and remove and leave to cool
  3. Work a little quickly here, once it cools it’ll start to harden so at a warm temperature, include your essential oils

What goes on during an Essential Oil Workshop

Today I was so honored to be invited to conduct an Essential Oil introduction workshop to a bunch a lovely pre-school teachers this morning.

Why do we love doing classes?

We do them because, we are advocates for a change in the way people should look at nature. The more we use our oils, the more we fall in love with them. The chemistry was so natural, they start to become a part of our daily lives and what is best is when we see our family start to benefit from them too.

Hence why this is something that you want to be around forever. I want Young Living oils to be around and even in my Grandchildren’s household, but it all has to start from me.

The perks is that we get to live in the lifestyle of Essential Oils and all things naturally healthy for our family.

How to sign-up for a class?

Easiest way is to sign-up to our database where we will keep you informed of all upcoming events and workshops that we host continually.

If you have a friend that is a distributor for Young Living and and happy to speak more about these oils then feel free to contact them. You can find a list of us on the About Us page!

It’s always a Party

Never going to be boring, you’ll get to try out the oils, have a sniff, have a rub or even make some personalized bottles for yourself.

We love to hear all about you, so usually there’s lots of chatter going around, we call this an Oil Party for a reason.

DIYs

No class is complete without a little hands on Do It Yourselves. We teach about how with each bottle of oil there’s something you can make and bring home. You can make as many as you like!

Airplane Mode – Diffuser Hack

Airplane Mode – Diffuser Hack!

No, I am not sick 😂… I am just on a flight. I absolutely love to travel, and I love traveling with my family. However, I am always a little wary of the flight and mostly the recycled air on planes, its not like we can open a window for some fresh air…not to mention the lovely coughing passenger sitting in the row behind us!

So introducing my Diffuser Hack for a breathe of fresh air! Literally, on this last trip, I did 1 drop of R.C. in the middle of the inside of the mask and Breathe 🌬🌬🌬! It lasts about 30mins or so and you can add another drop as you wish to top up. I have to say I actually felt better when I got off the plane! I am bringing this with me every time now and will make sure I pack a few spare masks for the poor coughing passenger…!!

For kids, you might want to use lavender… so when it comes to sleep time, perhaps it might help them nod off a little earlier 😉

Some variations to try:
– Frankincense
– Thieves (but use sparingly, it might be a bit too spicy)
– Melrose
– Idaho Balsam Fir
– Orange
– Citrus Fresh
– Purification
– Even Stress Away

or your favorite oil to diffuse. Let me know what your favorites are!

** probably best NOT to use peppermint as it’s quite a hot oil… and the mask is usually in contact with your skin.

Let’s Talk Blends

Lets talk about blends baby, lets talk about all the goodness blends can give, lets talk about blends…Lets Talk About Blends!

Image from https://masterstouchoils.wordpress.com

Right it is all about blends for today and I have to say blending essential oils is one of my favourite topic. There are pre-blended essential oils and blends that you can mix on your own using only a therapeutic-grade essential oil.
Pre-blended blends such as Joy, Stress Away, Thieves, Digize & RC to name a few. These pre-blended essential oils are carefully & thoughtfully prepared to give and provide the best combination of goodness for support. Take for example, Joy. Joy is a luxuriously exotic blend with an uplifting overtones that create magnetic energy and brings Joy to any heart. The exotic blend in Joy are Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Lemon, Mandarin, Jasmine, Roman Chamomile and Rose. Indeed what a wonderful blend.

The love of blending essential oils have not only won my heart but also that of my husband. Having been introduced and having access to various essential oils, it is to my surprise that my husband created his very own blend which he calls “Cava Musk” serum and he says with confidence and and a big smile. This serum is used after a facial wash. So, I’d like to share his lovely blend which can also be use not only for men but for ladies as well.

In “Cava Musk”Serum

  • 15ml Sweet Almond Oil
  • 6 drops Frankincense
  • 2 drops Bergamot
  • 1 drop Cedarwood
  • 2 drops Orange

Image from www.youngliving.com

Frankincense – Great support for a good skin care, helps elevate all that is related to burns, rashes, cuts, scrapes and oozing sores. Fabulous for mature skin.

Orange – Orange essential oil is a natural antiseptic and anti inflammatory which makes it an ideal ingredient in skin and hair routine. This oil isnt just for acne prone skin though it has been shown to increase the ability to absorb vitamin C, collagen production and blood flow, all of which are essential for anti-aging.

Image from www.youngliving.com

Cedarwood – Cedar wood has a warm and rather musky woody aroma that create a calming and and uplifting experience at the same time. Cedarwood is also known to be high in sesquiterpenes at 98% which means that it supposedly can deprogram wrong info in the cells and bring more oxygen to the cells. Cedarwood also supports deep sleep, stimulates melatonin and supposedly releases old memories that hinder the present.

Bergamot – Bergamot has a citrusy and floral aroma note to it.
To many it is the flavour in Earl Grey tea. Bergamot is uplifting and relaxing. It’s aroma enhances your mood and build confidence and has a long history of use to support oily and troubled skin.

Enjoy the blend and I will share more blends for the next reading.

Love,
Arnie

Hulk (immunity), Bugman (mosquito/bugoff), Magic (happy oils to calm and relax your little monkeys)

Just Roll With It

We had a fun Roller Mania Make & Take workshop in Bangkok earlier this year! It all started because I made these mosquito rollers from Young Living essential oils (totally chemical free) for a friend and her son, and it worked so well she needed to replenish it. They were so easy to make so I decided to do a simple class to show her and other friend how to make them. It turned out to be a super fun morning! With my friends and fellow oilers Teng, Surabhi and Gig joining us to help out!
We love making these 10ml roller bottles as they are easy way to travel with oils not to mention super easy to share as well with friends… and as everyone soon discovered it takes and unbelievable 2 mins to make them. Everyone ended up making for themselves and for their friends.
Most of the oils used are from the amazing Premium Starter Kit oils with a couple of extra oils for added ooomph! These blends are also quite flexible, for example the Hulk (which is for immune support) recipe, if you only have Thieves and Lemon, and no oregano, it is still great, just add a few extra drops of thieves to replace the Oregano!
If using for littler kids, we would always air on the side of caution and dilute, dilute, dilute with carrier oil. You need to use your judgment, as essential oils are highly concentrated. You can start of with using less essential oils and top up with more carrier oil! Experiment, have fun!

Do you want to learn how to kick toxic chemicals out? We’ll walk you through step by step and give easy, simple and affordable tactics that anyone can do with the best essential oils on the planet. This class is FREE and will blow your mind!
We will also have a fun Make & Take Session following the intro, you are welcome to watch or make some items to take with you. There will be a small fee for the items you make to cover the cost of these items.
PLEASE RSVP AS SPACE IS LIMITED!

Our next event is coming up on the 30th of May about the importance of a Chemical Free Home! Please click on the link to RSVP your seat!
