Right it is all about blends for today and I have to say blending essential oils is one of my favourite topic. There are pre-blended essential oils and blends that you can mix on your own using only a therapeutic-grade essential oil.
Pre-blended blends such as Joy, Stress Away, Thieves, Digize & RC to name a few. These pre-blended essential oils are carefully & thoughtfully prepared to give and provide the best combination of goodness for support. Take for example, Joy. Joy is a luxuriously exotic blend with an uplifting overtones that create magnetic energy and brings Joy to any heart. The exotic blend in Joy are Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Lemon, Mandarin, Jasmine, Roman Chamomile and Rose. Indeed what a wonderful blend.

The love of blending essential oils have not only won my heart but also that of my husband. Having been introduced and having access to various essential oils, it is to my surprise that my husband created his very own blend which he calls “Cava Musk” serum and he says with confidence and and a big smile. This serum is used after a facial wash. So, I’d like to share his lovely blend which can also be use not only for men but for ladies as well.

Frankincense – Great support for a good skin care, helps elevate all that is related to burns, rashes, cuts, scrapes and oozing sores. Fabulous for mature skin.

Orange – Orange essential oil is a natural antiseptic and anti inflammatory which makes it an ideal ingredient in skin and hair routine. This oil isnt just for acne prone skin though it has been shown to increase the ability to absorb vitamin C, collagen production and blood flow, all of which are essential for anti-aging.

Cedarwood – Cedar wood has a warm and rather musky woody aroma that create a calming and and uplifting experience at the same time. Cedarwood is also known to be high in sesquiterpenes at 98% which means that it supposedly can deprogram wrong info in the cells and bring more oxygen to the cells. Cedarwood also supports deep sleep, stimulates melatonin and supposedly releases old memories that hinder the present.

Bergamot – Bergamot has a citrusy and floral aroma note to it.
To many it is the flavour in Earl Grey tea. Bergamot is uplifting and relaxing. It’s aroma enhances your mood and build confidence and has a long history of use to support oily and troubled skin.

Enjoy the blend and I will share more blends for the next reading.

Arnie
